Sunday Craft Dupuie

Sunday Craft Dupuie, age 68 of Cottrellville Township, formerly of Livonia, Michigan, died June 9, 2025. Born Sunday Craft Bird on March 17, 1957 to the late Ina Joyce (Craft) Bird and the late Luther David Bird. Cherished wife of James.

Sunday and Jim loved each other so much, sharing more than 31 years of marriage together as best friends. God blessed them with so many gifts, but they were most thankful every day for the gift of each other.

Sunday was fervent in her faith, always trusting in God’s plan, especially when it was difficult to accept. She touched each life in a special way. Sunday’s life was a testament to the power of kindness, love and humility. She was a source of strength and comfort to all who knew her. With her contagious smile and hearty laugh, she made friends everywhere she went. She will be remembered as a most loving, giving, caring and thoughtful person. Her kind and unselfish spirit touched so many lives.

Loving mother of Brendon (Jaime) Frazier and Brandon (Angela) Dupuie. Dearest grandma of five grandchildren: Matthew (Sophie) Frazier, Madison Frazier, Lars Dupuie, Link Dupuie, Finn Dupuie and one great-grandson Oliver Frazier. She leaves behind her twin brother Sam Bird, along with brothers David Bird and Luther Bird. Her absence will leave a void in the hearts of her sisters and brothers in-law and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.

A memorial mass will be held on Friday June 20, 2025 at St. Michael The Archangel Catholic Church, 11411 Hubbard Street, Livonia, MI 48150. Family will receive guests at 9:30 AM with mass beginning promptly at 10:30 AM. Luncheon to follow. Cremation has taken place.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to Hospice of Michigan or a charity of your choice.
