Shirley Ann Adams

Shirley Ann Adams of Livonia, age 85. Peacefully passed away October 13, 2024 with family by her side offering her comforting and loving care.

Beloved Wife of Ron "Ronnie".  Loving Mother of Peggy (Bill) Johnson, Nancy (Doug) Gapp and the late Kathy Adams.  Fun-Lovin Carefree Gramma of Emilee and Angela, Kayla, Nick and Ashley.  Great Gramma of Mason and “soon to be” Scarlett.  Sister of Elsie Nemer-Kaiser, Al Kownacki & Julie Kownacki and the late Stanley (Barbara) White.  Dear Aunt of Sharon, Vicki and Leslie.

A visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Tuesday, October 15, 2024  from 1:00 until 8:00 PM with a Scripture & Story Sharing Service at 7:00 PM.  Instate at St. Aidan Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Wednesday, October 16, 2024 from 9:00 AM until her Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM.

Shirley was a Care-Free,  Outgoing, Fun-Loving.  Everybody Loved Shirley. She had the Natural Ability to start a conversation with absolutely anybody.   No one was a Stranger to Shirley.  If she wasn’t out and about, you would find her in her favorite place The Kitchen. She loved making everything from scratch and was the BEST COOK!!! She enjoyed making her favorite recipes and finding new ones to try too. She would never let you leave hungry.  Her other hobbies included Playing Cards with her Family & Friends, Hosting Garage Sales & evening Lifetime Movies.
Her grandkids’ favorite memory was Celebrating New Year’s Eve, Sleepovers. Evening activities include Mini Golf, Wii Bowling, Chinese food, Ice Cream Sundaes with extra whip creme and so many laughs and good times. She created Special Memories for her Grandchildren.
Shirley was always the life of every party with her contagious laugh and smile.

She’s is greatly loved and will be so, so very  missed!
