Rochelle Wright (Gotts)
September 1, 1974 – December 28, 2025
Rochelle Wright of Farmington Hills passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family, after a courageous battle with cancer and scleroderma.
Born on September 1, 1974, to Earl (Janet) Gotts and Lana (Wayne) Perkins (Jacques), Rochelle was raised in Canton, Michigan, where she grew into a bright and kind-hearted young woman. Over the years, she became a loyal sister, fun-loving aunt, cherished cousin, respected professional, and treasured friend.
Left to cherish her memory is her best friend and partner, Mike Tilli.
She is also survived by her siblings, Renee Lubavs and Leslie (Julian) Bonner.
She will be deeply missed by her nieces and nephew: Lija, Konrads, Nola, Ava, and by her many cousins who loved her dearly: Nicole, Jeffrey, Robin (Chris), Kara (Frank), Kristen (Andrea), Lori (Maciej), Audra, Alexander (Megan), Aliah, Allison (Kyle), Michelle (Trace), Ondre (Katherine), Olivia, and Tommy.
Rochelle also shared a special bond with her dearest friends, Carri Holder (Kesselring) and Holly Shields, who cherished their long-time friendship and loved her as a sister.
Rochelle was preceded in death by her beloved Aunt Valerie Kenney; Uncles Frank and John Jacques; and grandparents Clayton and Valerie Gotts and Wilfred and Audrey Jacques.
Rochelle had the most caring soul. Her kindness touched everyone she knew and will live within us forever.
Rochelle’s true passion was her career as an Occupational Therapist. Alongside her colleagues and friends at Corewell Health, she found deep fulfillment in helping others, always ensuring those in her care felt comfortable, safe, and at ease.
Outside of work, Rochelle’s favorite moments were spent surrounded by her many cousins and friends—cooking and making enough shareable dishes to feed an army. She also enjoyed skiing, boating, attending concerts, and camping.
