Dear grandfather of Ryan, Andrea, Amy and Michael. Great grandfather of Raven, Elxis, Ryley and Mackenzie. Mr. Lipan was a proud Navy Veteran of WWII. Funeral Service Tuesday 11 AM at R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia Visitation Monday from 3-9 PM. The family suggests Donation to the Salvation Army.
