Dear grandfather of Ryan, Andrea, Amy and Michael. Great grandfather of Raven, Elxis, Ryley and Mackenzie. Mr. Lipan was a proud Navy Veteran of WWII. Funeral Service Tuesday 11 AM at R.G. & G.R.
