Milton Lee VanMeter

Milton L. VanMeter of Livonia, age 89, passed away peacefully on January 29, 2026.

Beloved husband of the late Joyce VanMeter. Loving father of Amy VanMeter. Preceeded in death by his twin brother Harold VanMeter, twin sisters, Loraine Darnell and Loretta Voigt and Melvin VanMeter. Survived by half brother James LaGrant. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home in the Cremation Society of Michigan, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City, Monday, February 2, 2026 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. Burial will take place at the Shady Grove Cemetery, Morrison, TN.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed to the family to help with funeral expenses.
