Lorraine Lounsbery

Lorraine Lounsbery passed away January 15, 2006 at the age of 64. Beloved wife of the late Richard L. Loving mother of Richard G., Dee (William) Tolbert, Robin, Amelia, Michael (Veronica) Dotson, Raymond (Tina) and the late Antoinette Varga. Proud Grandmother of Tina (Chuck) O'Kane, William Tolbert IV, Jessica Tolbert, Janet Evich, Christina Evich, Eric, Amanda, Jennifer, Thaddeus, Valerie, Lauren, Justin Dotson and the late Theodore. Proud Great Grandmother of Lily Ray O'Kane. Beloved sister of Marguerite, Roger and Rosalie.Beloved aunt to 16. Lorraine was a person who was always giving to others, she also took in many stray animals.She was very involved with her children when they were growing up, being a room mother, den mother and involved with the PTA. She was an inspiration to her children when her youngest one went off to school, she went back to school then to college and obtatined her Associates degree, then went on to be a para-legal. She worked for a Law Office downtown. A Memorial gathering will be held from noon until time of service at 2:00 P.M. at R. G. & G. R. Harris Funeral Home, 31551 Ford Rd., Garden City on Thursday, January 19. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salavation Army.
