Dear Grandfather of Steve, Crystal, Derek, Jason, Dawn, Vincent, Joe, Jeff, Andy, Johanna, Marina, Caleb, Angela, Micah, Stephen, Rachael, Philip, Amber, Carissa & Aaron. Dear Great Grandfather of Gionni, Tabatha, Mikaela, Jackson, Bennett, Maria, Benjamin & Noah. Brother of Rufus, Ben, Anna & Daniel. Joe was a WWII Navy Veteran. He retired from Ford Motor Co.after 33 years. He was a Quality Control Inspector. Joe was a longtime member of the First Latin American Baptist Church in Detroit. Visitation at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home 31551 Ford Rd. Garden City Thursday from 1 until 9 PM with a Prayer Service at 7 PM. Funeral Service will be held at First Latin American Baptist Church 6205 West Fort Street, Detroit Friday at 10 AM with visitation at the church from 9 until 10 AM.
