Joan M. Leduc

Joan Marie Leduc, 80, of Van Buren Twp. Michigan passed away June 6, 2026 while undergoing care at the University of Michigan.

Born April 8, 1946. She grew up in Detroit Michigan, attended Catholic schools until she graduated. She was a homemaker while her children were young and then worked as a teacher's aide while attending Schoolcraft College and obtained her associates degree in General Studies. She managed in convolance centers for the disabled as well as doing home care.

Joan was known for her passion in Arts and Drawing as well as Crafting, Crocheting, Sewing and Painting. She loved Music.

What brought her the most joy was her time spent with family. She is survived by her;

Sister: Geri

Children: John, Christopher and Jacqueline (Shane)

Grandchildren: Christopher (Shelby), Allison (Neil), Julianne (Jake), Andrew (Josse), Veronica (Tahan), and Kimberly (Tristen)

Great~grandchildren: Leland, Zoe, Ronin, Olivia, Josie, Jack, Savannah, Peyton, Nicholas, Secret, Tahan, and 1 on the way.

And many more family and friends that she loved so dearly.

A Visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Saturday, June 27,2026 from 10:00 Am until her Memorial Service at 1:00 PM.
