Jennifer Lynn Degen Morton

Jennifer L. Degen Morton, 51, was called home to the lord on November 30, 2021. She passed peacefully and comfortably in Wayne, Michigan with family and friends by her side. Jennifer was born March 25th, 1970 in Detroit, Michigan to Marsha and Robert Degen. Jennifer is survived by husband Frank Morton, cherished brother Jason Degen; and nephew Andrew Degen. Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents Robert A. Degen and Marsha A. Engelhardt (nee Crutcher). Jennifer resided in the Plymouth/Canton, Michigan area where she worked in the medical field, prior to marrying her husband and moving to Wayne, Michigan. Jennifer was a very loving and caring wife, sister, aunt, and friend. She had a beautiful voice and enjoyed singing and dancing with family and friends. Her laughter was contagious, and she had a smile that would light up the room. Jennifer will be missed! A committal service will held on December 8, 2021 at 11:00AM at Glen Eden Cemetery in the Garden of Forgiveness, section 928. Please share a memory of Jennifer on her tribute wall.
