Anna Veri

Anna Veri Age 71, September 11, 2014 Beloved wife of Guerino. Loving mother of Anthony (Cathy) and Silvia. Loving nonna of Erica and Julia Veri. Anna is also survived by four sisters and numerous nieces and nephews in Michigan, Ontario and Italy. Anna immigrated to the United States from Italy in 1967 shortly after marrying her beloved husband. She relished her role as a mother and homemaker while her children were growing up and as a nonna (grandmother) later in life. Anna enjoyed the simple things in life; walking, cooking, going to church and being with her family. She will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, MI 48154, Sunday, September 14th, from 4:00-8:00 pm with a scripture service and eulogy at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, September 15th at 10:00 am at St. Aidan Catholic Church, 17500 Farmington Rd., Livonia, MI 48152. Burial will immediately follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Southfield. Donations can be given to Angela Hospice (14100 Newburgh Rd., Livonia, MI 48154) or can be made at the funeral home to various Catholic missions.
