Anderson Martin Wilder

(Anderson) Martin Wilder, known to many as “Marty” joined the Lord on January 8, 2026 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Norma (Whitteaker) for 60 years. Devoted father of Mark (Karolyn), Michael (Elizabeth) and Monte (Jacqueline) Wilder. Dearest grandfather to Christopher, Christian, M. Nicholas, Gabriel, Alexander, Madison, Kobe, Zachary, and Annabelle. Great grandfather to Cade.

He was preceded in death by his parents Twilla (McGhee) and Anderson (Andy); brother John (Susan), Sister Peggy Lou (David), nieces Debby May (Rice), DeAnna (Kipp) and Sarah (Wilder).

He is survived by sisters Debby Anne (Avery), Donna (Kipp); brothers Alfred, Daniel, and Timothy. He is also survived by nieces, Charlotte, Anne Marie, Karen Lynn, Mary Phyliss, Michelle, Willow, Cassandra, Abigail; and nephews Andrew (Andy), Duane, Adam, Danny, Benjamin, and Julian.

Visitation: 10:30am - 11:30am Merriman Road Baptist Church 2055 Merriman Rd, Garden City, MI 48135. Memorial Service begins at 11:30am with luncheon immediately following.

In lieu of Flowers, Martin had requested donations be made to Merriman Road Baptist Church.
