How Do I Enroll?

A.) For those individuals who have prepaid their funeral expenses, you would complete an application. (Any age may apply).

B.) Submit your one lifetime fee enrollment fee of $295.00 with your application.

C.) Your representative will give you an ID card with all the information needed to place a call.
